Description

Thick Rubber Extension: This mixer includes a 10” rubber extension to minimize spillage during operation.

Abrasion-Resistant Auger Flighting: The auger flighting is constructed from 3/4” abrasion-resistant steel to reduce wear and extend service life.

Heavy Duty Side Walls and Floor: 3/8” abrasion-resistant steel side walls paired with a 3/4” abrasion-resistant floor made for long-term durability.

Plate Steel Frame: Heavy plate steel construction, similar to wheel loader design, built to withstand wear and tear.

Heavy Stainless Steel Conveyors: Herd-Boss Conveyors feature all stainless steel construction, reducing corrosion and wear. Heaviest in the industry by double.

Stainless Steel Shields: Steel shields to protect key components while reducing corrosion and maintenance.

Conveyor options: Various conveyor lengths, including Flat discharges, fixed dog leg discharge, or hydraulic wing discharges.

Hydraulic Jack: Customers can choose to include a hydraulic jack for added convenience.

Hitch options: Bull Pull Hitch (standard), Clevis Hitch.
